Warm & Wooly Winter Retreat – February 26th–March 1st, 2025
Campfire Bay Resort | Cushing, MN

Cozy up for four unforgettable days of fiber, friendship, and creative escape at the Warm & Wooly Winter Retreat. This all-inclusive getaway includes meals, lodging, swag, and a welcoming community of makers. Bring your projects, wear your comfiest clothes, and enjoy uninterrupted making time in a beautiful lakefront setting.

This retreat is facilitated by Warm & Wooly owner, Kaitlyn O'Connor, and other shop staff. We will create the same warm and cozy vibes you've come to know and love at the shop... you just don't have to go home at the end of the day!

What’s Included:

• 3 nights of lodging at Campfire Bay Resort
• 6 catered meals from Passport Catering: Thursday dinner, Friday lunch & dinner, Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday brunch
• A retreat swag bag filled with exclusive goodies
• Dedicated group crafting space all weekend long
• Retreat store full of fabulous fiber
• Optional add-ons: massages (book directly with the resort), Warm & Wooly merch or kits

Please Note: Breakfast is not included; you’re welcome to bring your own, or coordinate with cabinmates.

Lodging Options:
Choose from the following options when booking (room assignments handled by Warm & Wooly):

• Private Room (Queen Bed): $785
  A room to yourself with a queen bed.
• Shared Room (Queen or Twin Bed): $605
  Share a room with 2 other retreat guests. Beds may be queen or twin depending on room layout.
• Public Space (Futon or Twin in Common Area): $470
  A more affordable option with a bed in a shared living area.

If you require a handicap-accessible room, please let us know in the notes at checkout—we will make sure you're assigned a first-floor room.

We have booked the following cabins: Birch, Cedar, Willow & Poplar.

Dietary Restrictions:
The caterer is happy to accommodate dietary needs when possible. Please note that some restrictions may incur an additional fee—please let us know in the notes at checkout.

Want a Massage?
Massages are available through Campfire Bay’s on-site therapist! These are not included in your retreat fee, but you're welcome to book one for yourself during your stay. Learn more here »

Only 32 spots available in our main block of cabins, with the option to expand if demand is high. Don't wait—this event will sell out!

Registration & Cancellation Policy – Warm & Wooly Winter Retreat
Retreat Dates: February 26 – March 1, 2025

Full payment is due at the time of registration. No coupons, store credits, or discounts may be applied to retreat registration. Registration includes 3 nights of lodging, 5 catered meals, group crafting space, a retreat swag bag, and optional activities. Breakfast is not provided.

If you have any dietary restrictions, you are responsible for emailing us upon registration. Our caterer can accommodate most requests; however, depending on your needs, we reserve the right to invoice you for additional costs.

Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds

• More than 60 days before the retreat (before December 28, 2024):
  Receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• 30–60 days before the retreat (December 28, 2024 – January 26, 2025):
  Receive a 50% refund of your total retreat payment.
• Less than 30 days before the retreat (after January 26, 2025):
  No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant.

Transfer of Registration
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please contact us at least 7 days prior to the retreat to arrange the transfer. The new guest will be required to submit their contact and dietary information.

Retreat Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Warm & Wooly must cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, natural disaster, low enrollment), you will receive a full refund of all retreat payments. We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur (such as travel or lodging outside of our group reservation).

Retreat Changes
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the retreat schedule or accommodations as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance, and we will make every effort to offer a comparable experience.
