Part-Time Yarn Shop + Coffee Shop Team Member

Approximately 15 hours/week | North Branch, MN

We’re looking for someone new to join the Warm & Wooly + WW Coffee Co. team!

This is a cross-trained position, meaning you’ll work on both sides of our shop—helping customers find the perfect yarn and supplies one minute and making their favorite coffee the next. You don’t need to come in as an expert in both. We can teach you! What matters most is that you’re dependable, friendly, willing to learn, and comfortable jumping in wherever you’re needed.

What you’ll do

You’ll be trained to help with both Warm & Wooly and WW Coffee Co., including customer service, making coffee and specialty drinks, operating the register, helping customers with yarn and craft supplies, restocking and merchandising, cleaning and dishes, fulfilling orders, and helping keep the shop running smoothly.

We also believe people do their best work when they have something they can really own. As we get to know your strengths, there may be opportunities to take responsibility for an area of the business that fits you—whether that’s events, displays and merchandising, inventory, social media, coffee specials, classes, or something completely different.

Who we’re looking for

You might be a great fit if you genuinely enjoy helping people, can stay calm when several things are happening at once, notice what needs to be done without always waiting to be asked, and are excited to learn both the yarn and coffee sides of the business.

Previous retail, customer service, food service, barista, or fiber-arts experience is a plus, but you do not need experience in all of those areas to apply.

This position is approximately 15 hours per week. Monday availability is required. Some additional weekday, evening, and weekend availability is helpful.
