No, the latest you can book a class is 48 hours before the class starts. (For example; If the Class date is on a Thursday, booking closes on the Tuesday prior.)

Classes are $12 for each hour of instruction, plus the cost of materials. Please read each individual class description to see what is included and what will need to be purchased for class.

We want to make fiber arts accessible to everyone! We have a scholarship fund available to help cover classes for those that need it.

Absolutely! You are always welcome to bring your own yarn and tools for classes. If you don't have what you need, we will have all class materials available for purchase.

Yes! Our minimum class size is 3, maximum varies based on the class topic/instructor. Email classes@warmandwooly with what you'd like to learn, number of participants and potential dates/times.

Yes! Private lessons are $15 for 30 min or $30 for an hour. Please email classes@warmandwooly with your availability and what you'd like to learn to be paired with an instructor!

If your question can be answered in 5-10 minutes, we're happy to help for free. If you need more than 10 minutes, please schedule a private lesson. Class instructors and store staff are PAID. We are strict on this policy so we can pay our instructors and employees fairly for their time and expertise.

If you need to withdraw from a class/workshop, please contact us at classes@warmandwooly.com or call the store at (651)317-9821. If you cancel with at least 3 business days notice, you may receive a refund (minus a 25% processing fee and minus the costs of any products or patterns already received). If you cancel with less than 3 business days notice, we cannot provide any refund or store credit. 

If the class needs to be cancelled due to weather, you will be contacted by phone. The class will be rescheduled and if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be given. When you register for a class, please provide a phone number for us to contact you.
