Returns/exchanges/store credit is only available with receipt/proof of purchase. If the receipt is missing, we can attempt to look up the purchase in our system.
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in original, unused condition with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged.
Hooks/Needles can only be returned/exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Exchanges may be offered with-in 120 days of purchase only if the item is in original, unused condition with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged.
Books, patterns, notions, kits, sales items, discontinued items and wound yarn are not returnable or available for exchange.
Online order can be returned in store for store credit or exchanged same day or refunds can be processed with-in 2-3 business days of the item(s) being brought in.
Classes should be cancelled at least 24hrs before the start of the first class for a refund.
