Knit up a fun pair of Neapolitan-inspired shortie socks using the Ice Cream Any Day Socks pattern by Pig and Goose Design Co.! Featuring three different stitch patterns that mimic your favorite ice cream flavors, these socks are a quick and satisfying project that you’ll want to wear year-round.

In this class, you’ll learn a simple tube-style sock construction with an afterthought heel, allowing you to focus on the knitting first and add the heel once the sock is complete. It’s a great technique for knitters looking to expand their sock-knitting skills.

What You’ll Learn:

• How to knit a tube-style sock
• Three different stitch patterns
• How to place and work an afterthought heel
• Tips for sock fit and finishing

This sweet project works up quickly and is perfect for knitters ready to scoop up a new sock-knitting adventure! 

• You should be able to:
  • Knit in the round
  • Increase and decrease stitches
  • Pick up stitches
• What you need to bring to class:
  • Ice Cream Any Day socks pattern (available on Ravelry or at the shop)
  • 50 g each of three different fingering-weight yarn colors (we chose strawberry, vanilla and chocolate!)
  • US Size 1 (2.25mm) needles in your preferred sock knitting form (DPNs, magic-loop, etc.)
  • Tapestry needle
  • Stitch markers

• Summer Class Pass Holders:  Class tuition is included with your Pass.
