About Alea:
Deep in the frozen North, under a small pile of cats and dogs, you will find Alea, otherwise known as The Scarving Artist. From atop her dragon’s horde of yarn, she crochets, Tunisian crochets, knits, and participates in a number of other facets of the maker community. When she isn't designing patterns, you can find her teaching crochet & Tunisian crochet classes, pattern testing, needle felting, or starting yet another project of her own to add to the increasingly concerning WIP catalog. Alea is very well-rounded, with a number of hobbies outside of the crafting world, including chocolate, video and board games, cookies, crossword puzzles, chocolate cookies, and eating chocolate in secret.
