Spend your days stitching with fellow makers, shopping our exclusive retreat store, enjoying delicious meals, and relaxing in the cozy atmosphere of Breezy Point Resort. Whether you come with a group of friends or travel solo, our retreats are designed to be welcoming, relaxed, and full of community.

This retreat is facilitated by Warm & Wooly owner, Kaitlyn O'Connor, along with members of our amazing shop staff. We'll bring the same warm, encouraging atmosphere you've come to know and love at the shop—you just won't have to go home at the end of the day!

Dietary Needs: We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please include any dietary needs in the notes at checkout. Some specialty accommodations requested by the caterer or venue may require an additional charge.

All retreat guests will stay in comfortable rooms at Breezy Point Resort.

Each room includes:

• Two queen beds

Private Room (Queen Room)

$1,449 per person

Enjoy a room all to yourself.

Shared Room

$799 per person

Share a room with one other retreat guest. If you're attending with a friend, simply include their name in the notes at checkout and we'll room you together. Coming solo? We'll happily pair you with another attendee.

Pricing is per person.

Want a Massage?

Need a little extra relaxation during your retreat?

Breezy Point Resort offers massage and spa services that may be booked directly with the resort (subject to availability). We recommend scheduling your appointment early if you're interested.

Spa services are not included in your retreat registration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to know anyone to attend?

Not at all! Many of our retreat guests attend on their own. Warm & Wooly retreats are known for their welcoming atmosphere, and you'll quickly find yourself surrounded by new fiber friends.

What crafts are welcome?

Knitting, crochet, Tunisian crochet, spinning, weaving, embroidery, cross stitch, hand sewing, and other portable fiber arts are all welcome.

Are there classes?

No formal classes are scheduled during the Winter Retreat. This weekend is all about relaxing, making progress on your own projects, enjoying great conversations, and spending uninterrupted time creating.

Can I request a roommate?

Absolutely! If you'd like to room with another attendee, simply include their name in the notes at checkout.

What should I bring?

Bring your current projects, favorite notions, comfy clothes, and anything you'd like to work on throughout the weekend. We'll send a detailed packing list a few weeks before the retreat.

Space is Limited

We have space for just 30 retreat guests in our initial room block, with the option to expand if additional rooms are available.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Registration includes:

• Three nights of lodging
• Eight meals
• Dedicated crafting space
• Retreat swag bag

• Community activities throughout the weekend

Full payment is due at the time of registration.

Coupons, rewards, store credit, and promotional discounts may not be applied to retreat registration.

Cancellation Policy

On or before December 27, 2026

Receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

December 28, 2026 – January 26, 2027

Receive a 50% refund of your retreat registration.

On or after January 27, 2027

No refunds will be issued. However, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another participant.

Registration Transfers

If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another guest. Please contact us at least 7 days prior to the retreat so we can update attendee information and dietary accommodations.

Retreat Cancellation

If Warm & Wooly must cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, natural disaster, or low enrollment), all retreat payments will be fully refunded. Warm & Wooly is not responsible for additional travel or lodging expenses outside of your retreat registration.

Retreat Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the retreat schedule, activities, or accommodations if necessary. Should any significant changes occur, we'll communicate them as soon as possible and make every effort to provide an equally wonderful experience.
